The wine displays an intense ruby-red colour. The bouquet is reminiscent of blackcurrant, dark cherries, notes of spice and pencil shavings backed by a pleasant herbal undertone.
The palate is bold and packed with dark fruits with a finish that is complex with firm but silky tannins. Decanting is recommended to express the true essence of this wine with a cellaring potential of 10 years.
