The Savanna Original beef biltong without compromise. We only use the finest ingredients to make our biltong.
Premium grass-fed, Aberdeen Angus silversides seasoned with a blend of traditional spices (coriander, black pepper and course salt).
Slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong.

We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.

We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.

Ingredients:  Beef, Malt vinegar (from BARLEY), Spice mix (flavouring [Salt, maize, colourants (E150c). Spices coriander. black pepper]. salt. sucrose, preservative [Sodium SULPHITE (E221) Worcester sauce ((malt vinegar ( from BARLEY). Spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt. anchovies (FISH). tamarind extract, onions, garlic spice. flavourings)
