Biltong – BBQ 1kg

We use the finest ingredients. Premium grass-fed, Aberdeen Angus silversides seasoned with a blend of traditional spices (coriander, black pepper and course salt), slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong. Without compromise.

We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.

We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.

Please note: Our biltong is sent pre-sliced.

Ingredients:
200g beef per 100g. Malt Vinegar (barley and gluten), black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce (includes Anchovies), Coriander, Preservative E202, Potassium Sorbate. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
